I’ve only taken my car to them for oil changes , had a small leak and took it back to them. They fixed it with no issues and I appreciated it very much. They are always polite and get me in and out. .

I called in before to ask for a price for synthetic. I provided my car info and was quoted. I said great I’ll be there in 20mins. I got there and suddenly it was an additional $18 because they had to remove the mud/splash shield covering the access to the oil filter. Which by the way is held by 4 screws. What a ripoff.

I had my check engine light on and the code was P0017 and upon research it was suggested for an oil change so i brought it here. They started with 5 stars for the oil change which was fast and convenient even though it was $40 more than my usual place, being an extremely busy person it was worth it. I pulled in and I loved not having to wait inside. It was very fast. That being said, they performed the oil change and the check engine light did not turn off so i asked if the mechanic could look at it. I was told I needed an appointment which I made. I dropped the car off in the morning and heard back around 3pm saying the issue was they needed to change 2 selenoids and gave me an estimate of $300 and asked to keep the car until the next day. I agreed. I picked up the car the next afternoon, it was $450 and the check engine light came back on after driving 1 block. I took the car back and was told the engine was contaminated by metal shavings and would need to be replaced. I had another mechanic show me the metal shavings that were in the oil. You can't miss them and it literally only took a few minutes to get to the selenoids after removing the air filter but I paid 2 h
